Bunka Kurai Suminagashi
Bunka Kurai Suminagashi
Suminagashiis a Japanese ink-on-paper technique that creates a beautiful effect of lines flowing like a river. It looks like marble, like the lines on this knife.
The Bunka, just like theSantoku, is a Japanese style knife for general use and is very good for cutting, chopping and slicing food such as meat, vegetables, fish, etc.
In addition to being a high-performance tool for food preparation, the knife Bunka Kurai Suminagashi was built with softer steel lamination in several layers and with its manual forging process. This makes it a unique piece with the marks of a handcrafted knife.
This knife is made of carbon steel and will develop a rusty patina over time. During use, keep a damp cloth nearby to remove food while performing other tasks. Always after use, clean well with neutral soap and dry before storing.
